What should I say about Vodafone? I was really frustrated with the worst service provided by Vodafone. They have entered India and acquired Hutch with a slogan that they will provide better service. Now they also are advertising with a slogan “Vodafone Happy to help”. But just give a call to their customer care you will experience the real pain. How the hell one can think that all the problems can be grouped into four to five categories? Even most tech savvy guys cannot categorize their problems into the groups that Vodafone IVRS says, and then what about those poor people who know little about mobiles will do. There is no option to talk with the customer care people. Some how if we managed to get the call also, no body cares to pick up the call till infinity.

I’m still receiving the bill for the post paid connection which I’ve requested them to disconnect before three months. Vodafone really sucks.
