i have idea netchater but it is not working.when i have tried it idea office it is working but in my desktop and laptop it is not working.i have tried it on both OS xp and xp2.
Then it must be a problem with your laptop. Take your laptop to Idea office and check is there any issues with the system.
As it is working fine in Idea office, I don't think there is any problem with the netchater. Some times the location where you use net also matters.
is there any prepaid plans
