Then it must be a problem with your laptop. Take your laptop to Idea office and check is there any issues with the system. <BR/><BR/>As it is working fine in Idea office, I don't think there is any problem with the netchater. Some times the location where you use net also matters.

i have idea netchater but it is not working.when i have tried it idea office it is working but in my desktop and laptop it is not working.i have tried it on both OS xp and xp2.
